Discount Amount: 10% off all products on your first order.

Validity Period: until December 31, 2026 (23:59 Central European Time CET).

1. Promotion Organizer

The promotion organizer is DARK BY RIOR — a professional nail product brand, official website: darkbyrior.com. Warehouse and logistics are located within the EU (Poland).

2. Eligibility Criteria

• The promotion applies exclusively to new customers who have not previously placed an order on the darkbyrior.com website.
• To receive a promo code, you must provide a valid email address and tick the box "I agree to receive emails with exclusive offers and news."
• The promo code is sent to the specified email. If the email hasn't arrived, please check your "Spam" folder or contact us via the Contact page on the website.
• The promo code is personal and intended for one-time use only.
• Participation in the promotion implies full agreement with these terms.

3. Promo Code Application Rules

• The 10% discount applies to all products in the catalog on your first order: gel polishes, bases, tops, builder gels, and other manicure materials.
• The promo code must be entered into the designated field during checkout on the website.
• The discount cannot be combined with partner discounts, wholesale terms, or other active promotions.
• The promo code does not apply to items that are on sale or already have a reduced price, unless stated otherwise.
• One promo code per order. Reuse is not permitted.
• The promo code has no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Limitation of Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures of email services, internet providers, or payment systems that result in the inability to receive or apply the promo code.
• The Organizer is not responsible for non-delivery of the promo code due to an incorrectly entered email address or it being blocked by a spam filter.
• In the event of a technical error on the website, the organizer has the right to adjust the order, notifying the customer via email.

5. Fraud Prevention

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of receiving the discount multiple times is prohibited. If detected, promo codes will be voided and orders may be canceled.
• Reselling, transferring, or publicly posting personal promo codes is prohibited — such codes will be deactivated.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the application of a promo code if there are reasonable suspicions of fraudulent actions.

6. Modification of Terms and Termination

• The Organizer has the right to change the terms or terminate the promotion early by posting a notice on darkbyrior.com at least 3 days before the changes take effect.
• The promotion ends on December 31, 2026, at 23:59 CET. After this time, promo codes will be automatically voided.
